This is just a few picture from our summer of travels.  We are glad to be home and back to our normal routine.  The girls start school next week and our certainly ready,  Can you believe Ally will be a senior?  and Leanne I sophomore?  I think I might cry.  Please keep Lance in your prayers.  The chaplain has some training he has to do so Lance will be in the prison  a lot taking care of business.  He will be crazy busy for awhile.  We are all well and miss everyone.

 I am sitting on my porch writing this post.  I have so much to be thankful for.  I have a beautiful family who I love and adore I have a home, health and a good church but the best of all I have the Lord. As I write I see a little finch at my new feeder eating happily a hummingbird that keeps buzzing my head and "yelling" at me because I am sitting under HIS feeder and I am  just enjoying God's beautiful earth.  I have so much to be thankful for.

Lately I am constantly praying for my dear sweet friend who has some serious health issues and has been taking daily treatment for it and I wonder if she is in much pain and if she is resting comfortably right now...  I know God has something very special for her and is putting her through the "Refiners fire" right now and in a few months she will be very shiny and free of this disease.  I pray God gives her the peace and strength she needs right now. 

I put up a few pictures of some soap I have been making.  I LOVE MAKING SOAP!!!!!!  It is fun creating and seeing the end product.  When it is cure I will send some bars out to some of you for a review

Summer has begun with a lot of cold and rain.  We did have a peek of sunshine today so we took dinner to the lake. I never get tired of going there,  I love it! 

We are leaving next week to go to San Diego for some family time and a revival at the Brig on Mirmar.  The girls are very excited.  I guess I am a little bit excited to seeing that San Diego is my favorite place to go visit.  It looks like we will have nice warm weather while we are there.  I can't wait!
